Feltonfleet offers a wide range of co-curricular clubs after school for pupils from Year 1. We offer a balanced choice of activities, which has a tangible effect on pupils' personal development and learning journey. Our co-curricular provision is a vital component of the all-round education offered here at Feltonfleet. Participation in clubs enhances pupils' confidence to interact with others and helps develop their social skills, extends and nurtures their interests and develops life long skills.

Some clubs are free of charge, and others have a charge between £10 - £15 per session (where there is an external coach or materials required for the activities).

Co-curricular club cancellation terms

1. Paid clubs run by external providers

(a) Direct sign up (paid termly in advance):

  • The contract is between parents and the provider and that provider's terms and conditions apply.

  • The School is not responsible for cancellations or refunds.

  • Pupils may attend Prep if an after school session is cancelled.

(b) Sign up via SOCS (charged in arrears on school invoice):

  • No charge will be made for sessions cancelled by the provider.

  • No charge will be made where absence is due to a school commitment.

  • Absence due to pupil illness or other personal reasons will be charged.

2. Free, internally run clubs:

  • Where a club cannot run, we will endeavour to provide cover or merge clubs.

  • If this is not possible for an after school club, pupils may attend Prep.

By enrolling a pupil in a club, parents confirm their commitment for the full term and accept liability for the full term’s fees, where applicable. Where a club needs to be cancelled, the school will notify parents as soon as practicable.

Timings

After school clubs:
  • Year 1 & 2 Clubs run from 15:45 - 16:15
  • Year 3 - 8 Clubs run from 16:15/16:30 - 17:15/17:30 & from 17:15 - 18:15.

2025/2026 Co-Curricular Clubs - Information & Schedule

The last day of Spring Term after school clubs will be Thursday 26th March. 

Bookings for Summer Term clubs will be open from Saturday 7th March - Sunday 22nd March.

Booking

Club schedules are published to parents during the preceding term, and parents should book via SOCS for the majority of clubs.

There are some chargeable clubs run by external providers that are an exception to this, and should be booked directly. Links for Summer bookings will be added on Saturday 7th March.
